OMG...didn't even know there was a power button up there. Kept trying the engine-start button. My 2016 exl accord , main dash screen , when i power on my car the Honda logo comes on and then couple secondd pass ... and i get a blank screen. Doesnt move from the dark screen. Its only my bottom screen that gives me the blacked out screen. My top dash screen works not my bottom main screen

Why did I just found this video??? I'm so mad at myself right now...and also mad at Honda!!! For a long time, I thought the power button meant the ignition button!!! I thought I needed to hire someone to hack my Honda display to make it work again (sigh~)

In mine It says Code error 6 when I do this.

I have the same problem with my 2017 Honda CRV except when I hold down the power button, I hear three beeps and nothing happens. The only way I have gotten my radio to work is holding the power, brightness and phone options down, which carries you to a developer screen that you can access the anti theft skip. The radio will work but the screen times out after a minute. The dealer hasn’t been able to help me and my Honda has been shipped out of the country. This has been going on too long, is there anyone that could give me some clues or pointers as to fixing this issue. Thanks
