This problem just happened with my 06 and it took the entire new tank of 100% gas in a night. Thank you for the video helped a bunch

My Kawasaki was doing the same thing, I rebuilt the carb making sure I set the float and needle valve perfect and it still leaked out the over flow so I rebuilt the fuel selector valve, just a few O-rings and no more leaks! You can't beat having a new carb though, make it purrr like a kitten

I use to have a Honda foreman and it was one awesome wheeler. Now I have a 1000 5 seater pioneer. Great machinery. Thanks

All it is is the needle valve is stuck open which is controlled by the float. No $150 carb needed. Just a $25 carb kit and cleaning spray

Very True But With Today's Fuel It is Allot easier And Cost effective and Less Labor To Slap on a New Warranty Carburetor I paid $ 134.96 and Free Shipping You Get A Warranty With A New Carb But no Warranty on a Carb Kit Just Saying It is More Effective This Way Cheers Kenny

I bought 2 BRAND new carbs and they both leak out the overflow? What do I do??? No adjustments help

Colton Dieringer my 2008 Foreman 500 does the same thing. It leaks while NOT running. I've got my petcock in the off position and it still continues to leak. I know that the floats sticking causes this but, I can not understand how gas even gets to the carb when the petcock is in 5he off position. Lol unless my petcock valve is bad. I'm putting a rebuild kit in it today..if that don't work I'm gonna steal a petcock off an old lawnmower and put it on the 4wheeler. Lol

mine was leaking exactly the same. I bought a new carb and it started leaking the next day. I only use 100 % gas. Defective design.

I rebuilt the carburetor and it still leaks! I guess I'll change the carburetor!

I have a Honda 2006 Honda 4x4 es first time I had a leaking problem I bought a carb kit and problem was solved , that was like 4 years ago ., now it happed again I did the same steps still leaking. Then I guess a new carb right ?

You got a bad carb. The drip hose keep gas from going through the carb and getting into your oil. There's only one way it can go, through the needle/seat. When the needle is stuck open, and the engines not running, it comes out the drip hose. Did you buy an aftermarket carb?
