If the goal is to run better then 10’s and you know they’ll kick you out the track for not having some sort of cage why not put some type of cage in it while it’s down I’m sure it’s easier now then later

is still 10 second E.T? i thought it was in the low 9 ET now for a cage. I remember back in the mid 90s. watching dad get booted from the track for doing a 11.31 at 131mph in the quarter in his a 79 AMC Spirit.

Can't use all your content up at once. Yes it's a pain once they have to do it but instead of one set of videos for the car getting rebuilt you get two sets.

800 + all wheel horsepower will be a hell of a change from its current setup better order some upgraded axles now lol and figure out another trans soon that's Gunna rip hard and break alot of parts at first keep up the great work guys

@@shedman7306 Good for 600+ but IDK about 800+ that's gonna be a tall ask, especially if they launch without slipping enough. 4X Driveshaft Shop axles will already be pricey AF, if they have to build an STI trans, ouch. Gonna be sweet though!

It's called slipping the clutch instead of dropping it. You might go through clutches faster but you might be able to save everything else.

I feel like if your going to build a fast car you should go all out, tranny, axle, and engine tolerance wise, but that's how they get down and they like that. I'd get the toughest axles in the world lol. If built to not break, it's def a 50,000$ Bill.

Man you guys need to cage it while it's down for the engine build!! Get a cage in it. Then you won't have to worry about the track kicking you out for going too fast. Better to do it now before race season. Then have to waste time over the summer doing it when you could be racing!

A Gearhead's Christmas Story"... 'Twas the night before Christmas and all thru the garage, There wasn't a trace of a Ford or a Dodge. The presents were wrapped and the lights were all lit, So I figured I'd mess with the Judge for a bit. I popped the release and I lifted the hood, When a deep voice behind me said "looks pretty good." Well, as you can imagine, I turned mighty quick, And there, by the workbench, stood good ol Saint Nick! We stood there a bit, not too sure what to say, Then he said "don't suppose that you'd trade for my sleigh? I said "no way, Santa" and started to grin, "But if you've got the time we could go for a spin!" His round little mouth, all tied up like a bow, Turned into a smile and he said "Hell yeah! Let's go!!" So as not to disturb all the neighbors' retreat, We pushed the old goat quietly into the street, Then, taking our places to drift down the hill, I turned on the key and let the clutch spill. The sound that erupted took him by surprise, But he liked it a lot, by the look in his eyes. With Hoosier`s a' crying and side pipes aglow, We headed on out where the muscle cars go. And Santa's grin widened, approaching his ears, With every up shift, as I went through the gears. Then he yelled "can't recall when I've felt so alive!", So I backed off the gas and asked "you wanna drive?" Ol Santa was stunned when I gave him the keys, When he walked past the headlights he shook at the knees! Then that big poncho exploded with side exhaust sound! Santa let out the clutch and the tires shook the ground! Power shift into second, again into third! I sat there just watching, at loss for a word, Then I heard him exclaim as we blasted from sight, "Merry Christmas to all!! It's been a hell of a night!!"
