Hi!
This is a new series here- podcasts with people in my life who excel in their field of knowledge.
‪@BroccolixBeatz‬ is a certified nutritionist and has experience of over 9 years into the same industry. I have learnt way too much about my food ethics, nutrition and lifestyle in general! Hence, I wanted to make this podcast with him- "breaking the myths around food"
Disclaimer- If you watch each point as it is; you will understand the basics better! Losing weight is a journey & it could be interesting if you know the basics.
