For this episode, samahan niyo makilala ang first guest ko from the Gold Squad, Kyle Echarri! Before we dive in getting to know more about him, since kelangan makisabay ang ating "z-llenial" ilalabas ko ang aking English.
When we shot this episode I was not expecting to bring the conversation about Mental Health, but because I always prefer having a spontaneous talk... this content lead to a revelation.
I’d like to thank Kyle for sharing his first hand experiences about dealing with depression. My team provided hotlines that support anyone who is in need of a professional advice.

Although I am SethDrea fan, I also love KyCine so much 💜 I am moved by the way Kyle's dad reassured him that the sacrifice is okay. Tita Chu and his hubby really go to great lengths just so Kyle can pursue his dreams. I am tearing up 🥺. They love him way too much to go to this extent 💜

honestly, the thing that Kyle shared about social media and people reading that others are so called ‘depressed’.. that can really get to your head and get you thinking and you might think that you are also depressed but please don’t let that get into your head. Think positively. Call a friend or text whatever it is that can distract you from thinking those things. Of course it’s ok to feel down sometimes. People have good and bad days and that is ok. I hope you are all coping with this pandemic well, stay safe and god bless everyone

This pandemic showed me what depression really is, I couldn't tell it to anyone, I didn't know how to reach out and tell them I'm not mentally stable. Kyle and Kuya Enchong was true, you should really need to check your friends and your love ones.

Another video wherein we got to know Kyle better - his insights and aspirations. I'm also glad he got through depression and realized that he is not alone in his journey in the showbiz industry. IMO youth nowadays suffers from depression because of social media. If something goes wrong in your life somehow everybody gets to know about it through a simple post in fb, ig, and twitter. By then the coping mechanisms seem a bit lost.
