They used the Tetris game melody which also originated from Russian Foll songs Kalinka and Korobeiniki. This was produced by Hibell and aespa gladly delivered awesome lyricism (kudos to the songwriters!) and vocals.

They given aespa a melody and the girls transformed it into a masterpiece. Hold on tight! aespa is going to make a comeback soon. They would surely blow up the internet again. Edit: As of today, April 14, SM Entertainment has confirmed that aespa will release their album on May 8, 2023. It's next month. The teasers are coming!

In case, you are wondering about the theme, it's actually a close approximate 80s europop. The vibe is a common place in the disco venues globally then as well. As for the melody they work around is "korobeiniki" the main theme of Tetris. Btw, it's way better then "man who arranges the block".
