Yes, sometimes it takes a few hours for the subs to appear, but you have to keep trying. Eventually, they provide English subs on all their Behind The Scenes.

English subtitles to Dreamcatcher's Note appear within a day (within 12 hours in most cases). To make it easier, they also update video title to add "(ENG)" when it happens. For example, the title of the latest video is "(ENG) [Dreamcatcher's Note] '바람아 (Wind Blows)' 활동 비하인드 1편" which means English subtitles are already there.

Most of the Notes have subs especially the newer ones. It usually only takes a few hours after they've been posted for the sub to appear. The latest one was posted late last night and the sub was there this morning. The closed captions are done by Jamake, a Korean company that partners with people all over the world who post on YT, so anyone can have professionally done subs in the language they want. Except their English translations aren't as good as the ones that were supplied by the community previously. Don't get me wrong - I'm super grateful that they're using them but I wish the quality was better AND I wish that KZfaq hadn't removed the option to allow community subbing :(

Siyeon's lower half is subjected to far too many unfortunate events and I think its a cosmic joke at this point (there's actually a mini compilation at this point). Yoohyeon literally needs to be bundled up in bubble wrap as well, she's a hazard to her and everyone else's health. Honestly if it wasn't for Dami and her lightening reflexes everyone in DC would have had a long history of concussions considering they can trip while standing.
