Hurt is a project of Baekhyun's vocal teacher, he is the one who plays guitar. He recorded it before his military service as a birthday gift for fans.

@@juanimel_b1 every Baekhyun fan knows that. At least the fact that it's a project he did before enlistment to show how much he improved by always taking vocal lessons. Even now when he's on duty he still takes them and Hwang Minhyun (former Nu'est) confirmed. But I just didn't know the guitarist is his coach bc I never saw a pic of his coach.

Technically, EXO has some of the best singers in not just kpop, but the entire world. You’ll see as you eventually discover them, that there are so many great singers in the word, and they’re definitely among them. Their vocal line is superior

The project was almost a “thank you” for Baekhyun’s vocal coach who has helped him grow into the amazing vocalist he is today. He was always super talented but he’s nurtured him into the top male vocal in the industry in my opinion. Seo MoonTak is also one of his students and a respected rock singer. Baekhyun said this is one of his dream collabs. Little known fact, Baekhyun was in a rock band called when he was in high school and was taught how to play piano by a rock musician. ☺️

Baekhyun really improves alot. I know he's already a great singer from the start but he's still taking vocal lesson that helps him to be more well educated about techniques and how to deliver his notes easily. I'm so proud of him💗

What a wonderful combination of two powerful voices! Baekhyun is my ultimate bias in EXO because of his versatility in singing. Seo Moon Tak is a South Korean rock singer, she is a graduate of Berkeley College of Music. Both of them are said to have received vocal lessons from the same mentor.

Seo Moontak is rock legend in S.Korea. I'm really glad to hear her voice again when the video drop You know, I wouldn't mind if you react to other more experienced singers just to broaden your horizon a bit. Maybe make just 1 video per a week or two and call it "Veteran Singers" day or something A few of my recommendation: Seo Moontak Kim Kyunghoo Kim Bum Soo Park Lena Ailee So Hyang Kim Jong Kook Usually they appears in variety and singing shows like Immortal Songs, Masked Singer,etc. Or you can just search for their most famous song

Seomoon Tak is a legendary Korean female rocker who debuted in 1994 when Baekhyun was only 2 years old. I'm kpopers since 2010 and into fandom exol since 2012 (exo debut). I did a lot of analysis on kpop since that time until now, I think exo main vocalist (Baekhyun, Chen, and DO) are the best vocalist in kpop, they are not only has a good voice, rich in vocal skills, they are also very professional in providing a lot of feelings when they sing. I also like the best vocal line in kpop like 2am, btob, super junior vocal line, etc. Please react to may we be- chen feat lim ham byul (chen with his vocal teacher) and tell me what is love- D.O feat yoo young jin (D.O with his vocal teacher)! these two songs show their vocal skills.

Since no one's quite commenting about her. Seomoon Tak is a female South Korean rock singer. She had her debut at a music festival in 1994 ; Seo Moon Tak debuted in 1999 as a solo artist and became one of the most popular faces of female pop-rock singers in South Korea :-) It's a collaboration not a cover.
