I cried the first time I saw this MV. Haven’t experienced what were being told in the lyrics, romantically speaking, but it resonates just the same. Taemin has this gift of conveying the message of the song with just his voice and his movements. He’s a masterful storyteller. And I’m glad that you and I have found such an artist.

I love how you noticed that the ending is abrupt. This song has another song that completes it in his last album. It’s called Sad Kids. So it’s meant to be continued. He often does that, he leaves the last note cut in a song, but completes it in the next album. Like his Want outro and Identity. Also this song is a bside. His bsides are just beautiful

What I really like about Taem (and SHINee as well) is that he explores a lot of music, even the way he sings or use his voice is so extense that you can not be bored. From NGDA Act. 1 one of my fav is Clockwork, its so sentimental and beautiful. I recommend you that song, or better, the whole album 😁

I think Taemin would be happy to know he has a fanboy like Aaron. Taemin has said before that he really enjoys having fanboys and being popular with boys as well, not just with girls. I think he would be very happy to know that he really has a lot of fanboys even male idols are fans of him (Haechan, Taehyun, Jisung, Taeyong, Jimin, Mark, Kang Daniel, Baekyun, all seventeen, all NCT ... almost all male groups are fans of him) 😌

His b-sides like heaven, soldier, strings, hypnosis, rise, I think it’s love, pansy and many more are just as good as his titles. You can appreciate his vocal more in them and it just made you love him even more.

Taemin ‘s ballads are even better than his dancing tracks. He is truly an incredible singer.

The thing about Taemin, for me, is also that I absolutely adore his voice so so much and the way he delivers his songs too, that I believe that he could pretty much sing anything and I would absolutely enjoy it. Taemin usually drops Masterpiece Albums always but imo this album was specially crafted. The B-sides like Clockwork , Strangers , Black Rose , Nemo , Just me and you are fine work of Art I would say .

Taemin also likes natural settings. He's had MVs filmed on the beach (Under My Skin), in the forest (Day and Night, parts of Idea), in the city (Think of You), in the desert (Drip Drop) etc.

It's was in PARIS and we have another song that was from PARIS "THINK Of You" it's like him enjoying or let's say he is in date with SHAWOL , and we have been writing whatever we feel or we like or we want him to hear from us since his enlistment under that MV. ( It's like FAN project ) "2 kids" "criminal" "idea" ...they were released in series manner ... TAEMIN is like sounds similar yet hits different , he is truly an artist and gentle man And he is known for his duality switch from soft , innocent to evil to sensual ...so on. Taeminnie (baby cheese).

I most appreciate your reactions on Taemin to all the other reactors I've seen. I really like your honest, focused side and your big fanboy side, Imao. Taemin has been my ultimate bias for a long time. At the very beginning, he was the member I liked the least because I found him distant, mysterious and quite cold, but when I saw the video where he was crying seeing his friend audition in front of him moved me enough because I've never seen him cry before. And after having seen many videos of him off the stage, I realized that in reality, he is of a deep kindness and a great sensitivity hidden by a shy and discreet side that can pass for cold and distant. He really loves his fans and his members. That's why I promised myself that I would never judge people physically again because sometimes it's just a facade. So when you said that you didn't like Taemin because of his mean and cold look in the teasers of SuperM, I admit that I wasn't even surprised and it makes me happy to see that now you have become one of his fanboys. Taemin is a great person although he can be misunderstood a lot, especially when he's on stage. For me he has the best songs and the best dances in Kpop. I wonder what made you change your mind about him, hearing his voice, his way of acting?

Sad Kids in his lastest mini album is part 2 of 2 Kids.

I love 2 Kids, it was my most listened to song on Spotify in 2020 for a reason. This song just resonates with me - it’s sad, nostalgic, but musically speaking it has those hopeful harmonies, just like you said… There’s just something about his voice, it’s so gentle and soulful, I love this side of Taemin. Of course we love him for his impactful, powerful, sensual title tracks, but this romantic, introspective Taemin is probably my favorite. I really hope you’ll check out more of his b-side tracks. I strongly recommend Clockwork, which is his most unique song in my opinion. Also please check out live performance of Soldier + Rise (his performance is really breathtaking and I love both of these songs).
