They got their 1st music show win with this song, the song charted in the top 50 in all korean charts and their album sold more than 170k+ copies making them the biggest rookie girlgroup since NewJeans and baemon. They are only a rookie group and everything they are achieving while not being part of the big 4 is actually insanity, they won all the rookie of the year awards too and they keep rising (terrifying rookies we have here)

Hey Aaron, thanks for checking out tripleS again! 24 is definitely a lot of members haha! They've been introducing members one at a time for 2 years, and with Girls Never Die we're finnally at 24 members starting a new era as full group! You were wondering about the basics to get a general understanding of the concept. It's actually not super complicated once you look into it a bit. A very broken down version would be "Think of NCT but every subunit is like NCT U", temporary subunits that promote one album. We get to hear snippets of the upcoming subunit title tracks, and then vote all members into the units of our choice. There have been a few subunits already, some of which you've check out. And once a year, they have a full group comback, which was 'Rising' last year at 10 members , and 'Girls Never Die' this year at 24 members. So 24 members in one MV is a once a year occurance and the rest will be in smaller subunits. Hope this clears it up a bit! Just enjoying their music is totally fine, you dont have to be super deep into the concept, but its definitely very unique and very engaging as a fan. Cheers 🌻

You should check out the video that explains all 24 members. It's not that in depth so it's not really that overwhelming, but it's a nice little introduction to help put some faces to the music.
