This show is amazing. I also love how they actually casually killed off characters. The multiple (often comically) offed SHUSH agents, the FOWL general who turned into a giant brain and exploded, Bushroot's strangled and overgrown colleagues in his origin episode... the deaths were all presented as cartoony, but this was a show that definitely had a body count in it, and that made it more... real, you know? Cartoons usually just got people beaten up. This one had them straight up _dying._

You know what? Your references to Spider Man in this is just another reason why Disney's acquisition of Marvel benefited both of them. And for that, I applaud them!

The episode wasn't actually supposed to be pronounced "para-ducks" I think... it was _"parade_-ducks"

Uh, there were TWO two-part episodes. Darkly Dawns the Duck was the other. Also the first arc of the comics were written by Aaron Sparrow. Brill just took the credit and then the head writer title afterwards ti which he disgraced the series by having magic solve EVERYTHING. The crossover? That ending was STUPID. Negaduck doesn't care if he has friends or not. He doesn't need them. Never did. And it NEVER bothered him. Crisis of the infinite Darkwings was great, until they brought in Paddywhack ehich would have been better for his own arc and NOT stealing Negaduck's thunder. Plus I wanted to see more of Quivereing Duck since he had an excellent stand off with the flip side of his coin which was Darkwarrior Duck, which I was mite than thrilled to see since I loved the episode that featured him. I love the new comics that Artist James Silvani and writer Aaton Sparrow are doing which is INFINITLY better than the messy screw up that BOOM turned it into. Brill had no place writing for Darkwing. Like you, Darkwing was my favorite hero as a kid. I loved Batman, but Darkwing showed me it was okay to not be perfect, to give it every thing you've got and to have confidence in yourself even when no one else does. I will always be grateful to Darkwing for that. And I pray the rumors are true and we get a reboot next year like we got one for Ducktales which so far is awesome! I can't wait to "Get Dangerous" once again.

DARK WING!!!!!! I remember watching this show on Toon Disney in the early 2000s! It was awesome! I remember buying a Dark Wing plushie off eBay as well along with Bonkers and Mickey. Goddamn it DW's voice is still adorable!!!! 1:06 also why did you have to show that? I remember watching that specific Spider-Man show and ALWAYS thought of Swayzak from Toonami at that part. It didn't help that Steven Blum (TOM) voiced the Green Goblin.
