What were the noise levels like? Especially at night? I’ve heard mixed reviews and have a trip booked for June!

When I stayed I had no issues with noise especially since the property doesn’t have a ton of nightlife and the rooms are high up so you cannot hear pool volume

We were there in May, the beach is beautiful, the beach servers are great. But without a shadow of a doubt this was hands down the worse food we’ve ever had in any hotel anywhere in the world. Everyone we met there all said the same thing. If you want a great beach but not that worried about the room or food you’ll love it. Bit if the food is high on your list, honestly go somewhere else

Appreciate the quick, thorough review! I'm booked! Quick question: Is it expected that guests tip? (Or is this resort like Sandals in which they don't allow tipping?)

It’s not expected but it’s a nice gesture to have some dollar bills and tip your servers, room service, housekeeping & bartenders

Did you get the Preferred Club Upgrade when you checked in? And is it worth it? I called them, they want an extra 80 dollars a per night for Preferred Club & extra amenities.

Okay, thank you, I hope my family enjoys this resort. There have been some mixed reviews on the buffet food & cleanliness of the Resort rooms.

Do you need to buy preferred club to get all inclusive or is it all inclusive regardless?

The hotel is all inclusive

Yes it’s all inclusive which means your food & drinks are included
