Xero gives a 5,000 mi warranty not 10000 but still it far exceeds other brands. The most important thing with running in minimalist shoes is your form. Absolutely no overstating and forefoot or midfoot strike works best. You must land with your feet underneath your hips. Plus you are right there is definitely a break in period. Take your time with the transition and you will be fine. Great shoes once you get everything right.

That sounds great, but I heard they do not honour it. I heard of a guy who used up the sole in few months, contacted them and they responded it is normal wear-and-tear, rejecting his warranty claim. That was in Europe.

Thanks for taking time to put this review together! I recently found out that my go-to minimalist shoe (Lems' Primal 2) is being replaced with a thicker-soled version, going from 9mm to a whopping 11mm, which takes things in the wrong direction and, in my opinion, out of the minimalist shoe category. It's disappointing, to say the least. Safe to say, I've been looking for an alternative. Going to give Xero's HFS and 360° a try after watching your review. (Also, you've earned yourself a subscriber. My wife and I are doing our best to raise our kids the way we grew up - sans screens, and always excited to go outdoors and explore. Looking forward to watching your other videos!)

@@traviswrigg5158 Oh! That's good news. When I read their initial email announcement, they made it sound like the Zen was the successor to (read: "replacement for") the Primal 2. Going back and re-reading the email and their listing for the Zen, it sounds like you're right. What a relief!

@@Josiah.McGuckin Yeah their wording is unclear and I suspect it may be slightly intentional. What better way to get people to buy size pairs of Primal 2s than to word the intro of the Primal Zen like it's a replacement, and to only say the Primal 2 isn't going away in an instagram post

How are these on wet roads during a rain, are they slippery at all? I'm trying to find an alternate shoe when it's raining, my Prio's are too slippery when the road is wet

Hello. I understand you wear the same size in both HFS and 360. However, is the sizing the same? That would be odd because xero recommends sizing up on hfs but not on the 360. I'm trying to order the HFS and I don't know what to do.

Bought these shoes! They didn't fit... Xero refused to exchange them!!! Do not buy from this company!!!!

I've only ever ordered from them online. I've returned 3 pairs to exchange for a different size. You failed to read their return policy and probably tried returning USED shoes.

@@tcoker0416 I tried them on, but yes they considered that as used... I tried them on inside. Also so you know their exchange policy specifically states that a return label would be given me in my specific situation. (exchange not return)
