Isn't this honey bee mandala so pretty! I've got honey bees, bee hives, and daisies... what more could you want? LOL, this was outside of my comfort zone and not one of my typical mandala dotting tutorials but sometimes you've just got to try something new. I hope you try it too!!!! I love bees, so this was delightful for me. I love watching how you created all the bees, especially the little ones on the side. Daisies are such happy flowers, don't you think? So darned cute. This makes me want to email pictures of my Daisy Mandala and my dragonfly one to you.

I love this. I started learning dotting because I want to make Christmas ornaments for my family this year. I used to be a bee keeper until I was forced to stop doing it on my own because of severe reactions to stings. My daughter and grandson have taken up beekeeping. My grandson absolutely loves bees and he's pretty fearless working with them. He has a beautiful tattoo with a feather dream catcher based around a honeycomb style and lots of bees. I've already gotten him two Christmas ornaments with bee themes so I hadn't planned on making him another bee ornament because I thought it might be out of my skill range but after watching you work I'm going to have to try something bee themed for him. I just love watching you work as always. Thank you!!!

Former beekeeper here! Love this! The “beehive” shape you used is called a skep. Beekeepers don’t really use them nowadays, but it’s a nice retro touch. Some honeycomb would have been a cool touch also, maybe as an alternative to the central bee?

I love this it’s so cute. I live in the UK, right at the bottom in Cornwall, we have our very own bee here and it’s all black, I’ve only ever seen one in my whole life. Love them bees 🤗🐝🐝🐝🐝
