Queen Pana. I am a 61 year old woman who has been wearing braids for about a year. I recently got tired if paying for braids by braiders who charge crazy money and don't give me what I requested. I don't mind paying. But I don't want to pay for a dirty shop, rudeness, pain that lasts for a week or more and a style that I did not ask for. I started watching videos in an attempt to learn how to do my own hair. Since watching your videos I have learned how to do my own hair. I now know that products that work for one may not work for another. Girl keep posting you are worth every bit if coin you get. The last two times I did my own hair I got so many compliments. I owe it to you.

if you add 30vol developer to the box dye it’ll make the blonde lighter. w/o bleach. that’s just what i did on my natural hair so i could dye it.

I did mine from black to the light color in the pics she asked for but I used clairol box permanent color... I’ve been to school and licensed though lol I seen videos with the cream of nature and didn’t trust it since my hair is really thick

The color service I want was almost $400 and booked out til January…. I’ll definitely be trying myself and if I fuck it up then I’ll be cutting all my hair off again lol 🤷🏾‍♀️

Love the video , but what colors did you use to achieve this look ?

I do a several weeks process. All that to say you can lift the color without bleach, it just takes longer. So I dye it, and then after 2-3 weeks do it again and so on. Never had damage from it.

I've dyed my thick, long hair once with box color without any problems. It also lasted *forever* and people I know do it all the time, too. I don't get why folks knock it...

Maybe because her hair is very dark naturally it was nit changing without bkeach. I have a briwn cilour like , light brown and medium brown. Do you think my hair could lift without bleach?

I used to lighten my hair with peroxide and honey i believe. Maybe some lemon? It worked though but was itchy if it dried on your skin. I covered it in foil and perfect blonde hair 😂😂
