It seems ridiculous that someone could stumble into owning and developing golf courses, but that's exactly what happened to Mike Keiser.
Upon hearing of similar 60 acres of cheap land in Michigan, Keiser reluctantly rose to the challenge of constructing his first course. Called The Dunes Club, the course is modeled after Pine Valley golf course.
