I made honey stars from half the batch, but here I will write you the whole batch of dough.
Ingredients
Dough
450g plain flour
200g powdered sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoons liquid honey
1 egg
100g butter
Bake in hot air 160 ° C - 7 minutes - depending on the oven, each oven bakes differently. Baking time is approximate.
Yolk cream
2 whole eggs
Icing sugar
250g butter
Beat the eggs with sugar in a water bath or over steam into a thick foam. As soon as it starts to form "snowdrifts" (after about 10 minutes), set aside and gradually whisk the cold butter, cut into shavings, using a whisk. The result will be a very smooth and soft butter cream that will stay in the cold without problems for up to a month.
