其實香港地係好多，土地一路都夠用，但你要知堆地喺晒邊個度，全部喺晒啲發展商度，政府又唔撥地起公屋，再加埋有人炒樓，先造成宜家個樓價，所以地少人多其實唔算太正確。

thats pretty rude to ask a stranger in the UK "What percentage of your salary is spent on rent" AFTER you asked his monthly spending on rent, thats pretty much asking how much he earns per month which is a big nono question lol. but they will play nice and answer that anyway
