3:25 Yeah, it might be better if you said he was on a different reality; that might make a bit more sense, but it still doesn't suit the explanation because they are literally traveling through space, and what the cut scene shows is they are going as fast or faster than light, and there are multiple universes, so they have a chance to go in hi3, gi, or even ggz if they want to use that as a cannon for the story or be the story quests for some point. Heck, if they are doing a collaboration, the trailer of the collaboration might be going to another planet, station, or universe.

Some of the people who know Welt is from HI3 don't realize he's not that strong anymore after giving the herrscher core to Bronya. In his prime though, Aeons are childsplay.

Apparently, Bronya gave it back to him. So he still has HoR's powers. But he got weakened, first with age probably, and when he had to rebuild a body for himself not only once, but twice (mf doesn't want to die lmfao)- Despite that, even at his current level, he's probably able to take down the Stellaron Hunters I think, as least, with the the Star of Eden.
