Wonderful to see this in 2024. Huge fan of Honor. We never got to see the Mrs Gale shows of AVENGERS here in the US until the 1990s but they instantly became amongst my favorites. Clearly she was much loved by everybody who knew or worked with her, and well deserved!

She was always so beautiful right up until she was in her 90s. To think she was almost 70 in this is amazing - could easily pass for 40.

I met Honor Blackman at the NEC it was a collectors fair,she was there at a signing, I think Mary Tamm was there that day too, Honor was lovely, very personable.

Great - such a shame this is poor quality. True Entertainment are currently running these early b&w Avengers eps. Nice to see Jackie (Mr. TV) Pallo. What a character. Not sure why he still has a bow in his hair though. Some of these early films will have been shown on Talking Pictures TV. Norman Wisdom - the complete buffoon, as always.
