Thanks for the great video, i use for almost 1 year Honor Magic 5 Pro, it is a super device. I don't see any reason to upgrade it with Honor Magic 6 Pro, which is in some cases behind the 5 Pro. So 5 Pro is the best for me :)

I don't need the better cameras of the Honor Magic6 Pro but would choose it because it is more future proofed than the Magic5 pro.

I still can't decide between the 5 and 6. I'm currently using a 4.5 years old P30 and I'm really happy with it. Battery life is still amazing and the camera is pretty good but I think it's almost time to upgrade.

Thanks for the video ! 😉I don't see any reason to change from Honor 5 Pro to 6 Pro. Maybe next year, when model 7 comes out. However, the smaller sensor size in the main camera and the smaller optical zoom were not entirely beneficial in Honor M6P. I would also like to see a slightly smaller model because these phones are large and heavy.

i wanted the blue or white in magic 6 pro but in the UK not available, so i opted for the black as its matte black so no finger prints all over. The green just isn't doing it for me. I have a mate 4 pro and magic 5 pro and the battery difference is noticeable. I need a phone that can last more than a day as im out sometimes without a changer (yes i should take my huawei charger brick) But this is arriving on Monday 18th for me as there are delays apparently caused by huge customer demand. I will check it out for a few days and think if i should sty with M5PRO or keep M6PRO. I love to upgrade my phone every year, and as a huawei fan i can literally use a huawei phone with google services. cant wait! I think after updates the magic 6 pro will go much better. They just released a major update so lets wait and see what they did.

Honor usually are slow with their updates... But I think the 6 pro camera will get better with updates

i love the way you make your videos, very entertaining and good to watch thank you !! i hope you'll make some more versus video including this magic 6 pro, to be honest the magic 6 pro is not as good as I would have hoped, not much improvements, zoom is actually pretty bad... stabilization is not that good during low light scenarios (if walking, it will be very jittery, if there is a little light it will bounce everywhere) i hope they'll improve things with software updates on the 6 pro, because for now it is not that good at all (and hopefully they'll fix the overexposure of their cameras)

Guys, I like your channel, it has many great comparisons. But I want to tell you one thing that I'm sure is very important. Since many people use telelens on smartphone not only to capture something static far away, it would be great if you expand telelens comparison. Tele lens video, Tele lens in night mode, and capture "close" objects for nice photo effect. For me Telelens is much more important than main camera, but unfortunately I have very small amount info about it.

I also watched your video comparison of the Oppo Find X6 Pro and the Oppo Find X7 Ultra. If both the 2 latest models of Honor and Oppo aren't worth upgrading then what should I choose, the Honor Magic 5 Pro or the Oppo Find X6 Pro? I'm buying a new phone for daily use. I don't play games, and I also don't take photos often. I only need smooth using experience, a high quality build, a beautiful screen and a good battery.

Great video and many ppl waiting such video. I own Magic5 Pro and I definitely no need upgrade with Magic6 Pro which seems a bit unbalance on many things. The photos have some punchy but they seemed a bit no natural compare to Magic 5 pro in general. Also I did not like the idea of 2.5 optimal zoom on periscope camera. 3.5, 4 will be great. But overall, Magic6 Pro is a great phone but not the phone of the year which Magic5 pro was in 2023. Vivo 100x Pro seems unbeatable at the moment.

Great snappy Versus! I own Magic5 Pro and love it. I can keep my Olympus E-M5.ii and PanaLeica lenses in cabinet and travel super light with my phone! I also love the fact that Honor Magic 5&6 Pro stand out from other flagships are some awesome addition hardware like: - Honor C1 RF enhanced chip - Honor S1 security chip - Honor X5 Pro graphic chip - Secure FaceID scanner - Wider FoV selfie camera - Separated WiFi/BT antennas for less interference You can't get these things with software updates 😊

I once bought a cheap Honor. Its night photos blew me away, it was years ahead of popular flagships. Nowadays it is a nuance for nuance race, the one with is easiest to use and has the best post processor is what not only shines but wastes the least amount of time.

Honor magic 6 pro is definitely a pro phone from honor 💯

If you like to watch something else then KZfaq like Odysee or even use alternative KZfaq clients like Newpipe the only way to go is the Magic 6 Pro as it does not stutter like the Magic 5 Pro at 120 Hz where it locks those apps at 30 fps for some reason. Great comparison. My camera comparison between them shows a slight win for the Magic 6 with 4.425 points against the Magic 5 Pro's 4.360 Major points the Magic 6 Pro got with a slightly better UWide cam + Tele cam and better colours and less oversharpening in video recording. The front camera with autofocus is also winning almost always and finally the camera ui has improved a lot with quick settings easily accessible with one hand like the timer (which is hidden under settings on the Magic 5 Pro). The latter Honor can update with software. As soon as MagicOS 8 hits the Magic 5 Pro it should be on par with the Magic 6 Pro in that regard.

All this can be adjusted post picture with any good software like PS. 2) their is ridiculous small advantage for going 6 over 5 as all improvent on camera can be post corrected... But i still want the 6, weird 😀

As I was afraid, they barely improved anything ...followed the trend to make it not enough to switch from last year. The worst of all - portrait is still unusable, since you can't change it/turn it off AFTER the photo is taken, so I never dare to use it. Too many photos were permanently ruined that way. ...other than that 5 is a magnificent phone and really pleased with everything else, so I assume 6 is as well, but you could save some cash and get 5 instead without losing pretty much anything.

Overall 6pro is better than its predecessor especially in terms of display quality, screen protection and battery life. If honor has the service of exchanging its phones with good offers, why not to try the new version. Nice review, but why the youtubers don't mention the connectivity of the devices they review,, at the end these are just phones , if one can take wonderful pictures through his or her phone but can't make a decent phone call , then why bother to buy'em.

M5Pro at 690 is amazing with 512gb. I like it a lot, but.. Honor is waiting too much for the update to Android 14 (MagicOs 8). I know they need to do more atractive the new 999 phone but.. Its not fair to the other customers and leave a bad reputation about the upgrades. BtW the new 6pro is nice but I wait until they sell at 699 like the 5 pro after summer.

So heavy ! Honor 5 pro cameras desing is better. No double tap to wake up! So frustrating. Adaptive brightness is catastrophic.

Coming from S23 Ultra, Honor Magic 6 Pro has some advantages but also a lot of disadvantages... Advantages: - good display that's not getting your eyes tired; - amazing battery life( with s23 ultra I couldn't pass the 5h SOT, while with Honor I have easily 8h); - good amount of customizable things; easy to use interface(100% copy from Huawei); and now the bad parts: - camera quality it's really bad compared to s23 ultra( I could zoom and no quality degradation happened due to 10x optical zoom--> you can;t beat optics and fool with sht AI); - video quality it's really worse due to EIS instead of OIS , here scamsung was the king; - fingerprint sensor it's placed in the down part of the screen and it's really hard to unlock it; - face unlock sometimes works sometimes not, it has the advantage that's working even in the dark, for the scamsung it was needed a really bright screen to achieve this; - really slow software support, just image that honor magic 5 pro didn't even get yet a14... - really slow HW replacement if you have warranty issues(at least in my country - Romania) I hope that Magic 7 pro will bring a at least 5x telephoto, better software support, and improved aftersales support.

I prefer my OnePlus 12, it's a better phone for me. I want that lunch you had more than any of these phones. 😅😅 Surprised you call this a community when you never personally reply to any comments. 😂😂
