K. DAVILA’s statement that BBM staunchly advocates for WPS, I disagree. He didn not categorally state it was an armed attact (he did not consider bolos, axes, spears, clubs and other items that could be hidden as arms? and no shots were fired) rather called it probably a misunderstanding. On POGO - why wait for BBMs action. Why can’t the Solicitor General act on its own, not just based on ongoing senate inquiry, but on POGO’s irregularities and abuses.

Because the President needs to choose his battles too. Totally banning POGO right away will not totally eliminate it. They will just go underground & the more the government cannot control their activities and they will not be paying taxes which the country badly needs. As senator and chairman of the committee investigating POGO, Sen. Riza has no power to ban POGO; her committee can only recommend for its ban. All Mayors have the power to do so in their respective locality. Only the President can ban POGO on a national level (all over the country), but, to make the ban permanent and illegal, the Lower House and the Senate have to repeal the law that legitimized POGO operation during the administration of Du30.

Vico Sotto is a local executive so he has power over his city. PBBM is a national executive, by issuing an EO, he can stop POGO nationally. Senators are not executive but legislative. They do not execute local or national orders.

The problem of politics in Philippines is about retribution and Revenge that’s why dynasty, cronyism, corruption and nepotism is popular among politicians Party. easy way to skip Justice for Politician with money.The country needs to revise the constitution and translate into National Language to understand clearly. Filipinos gising huwag na iboto ang mga artistang, gong, gong personal interest lg ang goal nila. Huwag na mag paloko sa traditional politician. Huwag na ibenta ang boto, ..Huwag iboto ang pro China, yung mgs tray idor. Huwag iboto ang ma matay tao, protector ng pogo. Huwag iboto ang mga kawatan.
