While heading out fishing in my Honwave T32 I experienced an outboard motor failure with my Tohatsu 9.8HP outboard. As I was unable to get it started again I demonstrated the exchange process with my Yamaha 2.5 HP outboard out on the water including using a jiggle syphon to fill the outboard.
