17:50 If he tries to use his Cursed Speech on somebody stronger than himself, he gets injured. The severity of the injury depends on how much stronger they actually are. For example, he could tell a low-level cursed spirit to "die", and they'd immediately drop over dead. If he told somebody like, say, Sukuna to "die", Sukuna wouldn't be affected, and his throat would literally explode from attempting this.

Actually, people with no cursed energy have an advantage in other people's domains cause the domains don't recognize them as a target, so they're not a valid target for the sure-hit attack
