@Zika depends on the region, but biggest In the west/southwest (probably most of America) it's definitely Mexicans since they have the numbers and on top of that linked with the Mexican cartels which are some of the most powerful and well funded criminal organizations in the world who make majority of their profits off of the US Cartels have a heavy presence in the US. There's too many organized crime groups in the US to count. Name any ethnic group and it exists here.

Everything has changed. I didn't know what to do. I was lost totally.

I went to PS 64 in the late 50's and early 60's-grades 3-6..never never any graffiti on the walls and never never any robberies or violence-just classes and punchball in the cement yard-the 4 doors and the 3rd pole....different clientele for sure !!!

Yes but a lot more kids live there, teenagers and there was always a lot of kids outside... probably like 100 at a time, music everywhere, teenagers hanging out, etc.... it wasn't dead like this before
