Fosternum is such a great concept, and I like how it kind of opposes kangaskhan

I feel like Narrora should keep the water ice typing but one of it's abilities should be like Steelworker with the Fairy typing.

I like that the marrowak evolution isnt too extra like something alot of fakemon artists get wrong is making the evolution overdesigned but this one looks like it could actually fit in as like a gen 3 new evolution for Marrowak

Narrora would be my pick if I could choose one to exist for real, the design is just beautiful while staying true to dewgongs simplicity. I love it

Golduck, druddigon, arbok, seviper, zangoose and so many other pokemon deserve evolutions, even throw in Lapras despite its high base stat but since duraludon has an evolution now why not give Lapras an evolution as well, I would like to see preevolutions also!

I think a cool idea for the Seal line is maybe there could be a split evolution to where you can either evolve Dewgong into a Norwall Pokémon, or a walrus Pokémon.

Yeah, Pokemon who had megas shoyld be able to have evolutions in games that don't take place in the Mega Timeline

Narrora is so cool! I always liked Seal and Dewgong, just because everyone forget about them, so I would absolutely love, if Narrora become real!

Fosternum hands down Cubone line has needed some much needed love while the Ghost fire type alt Evo was a nice touch in Alola it felt a bit more like a cop out to me.

Whalrus would have been a much better name in my opinion. "Whal" from narwhal and "Rus" from walrus, or a nod to Aurorus who is also and aurora-looking Pokémon. Maybe being in proximity to an Aurorus could play into it's evolution as well.

Narorra is definitely my favourite out of the three! If you do another video in this series I would love to see you give Rapidash an evolution since it’s my second favourite pokemon of all time.

Since mega evolutions may never come back I would like an evolution for Manectric

Great video. For your next video, i would like to see an evolved form of: - Pineco & Forretress - Makuhita & Hariyama - Croagunk & Toxicroak - Noibat & Noivern - All the Fossil Pokémons from Kanto to Kalos

I would call it "overcharged" when it's hit with an electric type the extra lighting burst out of it dealing some electric damage on all pokemon

Kanto Marowak is one of my favorite pokemon. So to see it get some love like this is fantastic! Looks great, sticks with the lore, has some great moves. 10/10 orphans would approve 👍 🦴

Seel and Dewgong really needed that Naraora Evo badly. Great work, and the Ice/Fairy typing is very fitting as well.

Fosternum looks so awesome. I had Marowak in my team several times, and I absolutely love this Pokémon. The other evolutions look great too though!

Cubone/Marowak have always been one of my favorites. I know they got a new form, but an evolution is really needed.

I think Voltanium is very cool, I prefer it over Mega Manectric. I think it would probably do well on an Electric terrain double battle team, with a partner using Discharge to activate it's ability and attack simultaneously.

I know raichu had a scrapped evolution, gorochu, but I'd like to see an evolution using the current design methods.

You did great on all of these designs. I'm a huge fan of manectric so I'd love to see voltanium become real. ❤

Since it is considered the conductive pokemon, why not make the supercharge ability like this, "If directly hit by an electric attack, Supercharge turns the next attack into an electric type move." Like hit it with thunderbolt, does minimum damage, but "Quick Attack" for the next turn is electric instead of normal. Only good for one turn, but can be used on any attack this pokemon has.

An idea: record breaking pokemon for a video. A new largest pokemon, a new smallest, new fastest, new highest defence. Etc.

I love everything you came up with for Fosternum.

I’d want Fosternum. Though I’d be more keen in like Marowak having two evolution options one being fosternum being all about caring for Cubones who’ve lost their mothers and the other being a more vengeful evolution where it’s ground and dark. Something like where the Pokémon has become angry and wants revenge for its murdered mother instead. To get it to evolve I’d have it learn the move Revenge the condition being it has to use the move when it’s health is in the red and for it to be the winning blow. That’s just my thoughts

Nice videos, I just found you, maybe create 2 types of evolutions for some pokemons with only 1 stage. For example if you would use dawn stone on a Fearow you would get a majestic bird, if you would use a dusk stone you would get a scary one.

These have to be my favorite designs so far in this series awesome work!

Voltanium: when a manectric becomes stronger through battle, it evolves to develop a titanium body to protect it's heart from it's own immense electrical power.

I love Narora's name, although consider, to keep the name theme, "Narwal". Narwhal Walrus.

I know this is an older video, but I would still love to comment. As much as I am a Fairy type trainer, I'm just as much a Ghost type trainer LOL. That being said Fosternum is WAY more fleshed out. One of the biggest things I love about Ghost and Fairy type pokemon is that their are oozing with lore much like their real-life counterparts with Yokai/Urban Legends and Fairy Tales/Sylvan (Fae) Lore respectivly. You nailed it pretty well with Fosternum giving a reason for it to exist as not a Ghost or Spirit but a medium that calls upon the great beyond. Hell, lets be honest, its even a Necromancer, with its abillity. Which is an RPG trope Game Freak as really yet to touch up. The internal lore behind Cubone, the RPG nercomancer aesthetic, and even touching upon real life Mediums, really bring Frosternum to life (no pun intended).

Hey Hoops! Loved the electrik/manectric concept and thought about it a little bit! It got to me that adressing de conductivity theme of the steel type, it can actually be named voltsilver (an awsome conductor). Supercharged then clicked to be more of a sharp boost in speed only, considering the possibility of this pokemon to be slower but more Atk/Def oriented for a balancing effect. Love your content man!!! Been following since recently.

I suggest Volfram, a combination of Volt and Wolfram, old name for Tungsten, a good conductive metal

I had an old nordic region where I made a Dewgong evolution. To continue the trend of the pokemon's name being pronounced like the animal, I named it Knarrwhal. It was a viking ship pokemon because a Knarr was a type of longship.

A Narwhal and a Walrus? Let's name it Narwal! ... oh wait

the seel and dewgong evo is super cool. It shows the evolution of mammals to aquatic mammals. Seals have quite a few mammalian qualities, dewgong still have mammalian qualities but less, and finally narwhals are completely aquatic and lack many stereotypical mammalian qualities, just like real life aquatic mammal evolution

I had an idea for Simisear, jealous of Infernape line taking all the love for fire monkeys, it would evolve into Infernsear. A Pokemon based on The Six-eared Macaque from Journey to the West Infernsear The Six Ear Flame Monkey Pokemon This Pokemon was born from the jealousy of Simisear to try and steal the love from fans of Infernape. It uses it's looks to pose as Infernape and the ability to hide in shadows to catch any Infernapes unaware.

I think Guardian Spirit, in addition to protecting the user, should disable the first move used against it, since it's a Ghost type move and this would make it different to Protect.

I once tried my hand at a Dewgong evolution, but I could not for the life of me make it look interesting while still holding true to what came before. But you did. And it looks awesome.

I honestly didn’t care for Manectric but I love it’s mega, and Voltanium brings that look back for the most part

I used to grab Manectric as part of my team in Ruby and Sapphire a lot. Always thought it was cool looking electric type.

My idea for Cubone line's 3rd evolution: Name: Spirent (Spine+parent. Sorry I'm not good at making pokemon names) Types: Ground/Dragon It evolves from Marowak when it wins a dual battle with a Cubone without one of them fainting. Ability: Parental help - When in a dual battle, it redirects 50% of damage that was dealt to it's ally on itself. Pokedex entry can go like: "Because of it's loss this pokemon now guards child pokemon that lost their parents"

What if Pokemon that evolved twice....evolved once?

Stat ideas Fosternum (Marowak could learn Guardian Spirit at Level 40) 100/110/120/50/90/55: 525 Narrora (Dewgong would now learn Aurora Beam at Level 45 instead of Dive, with Dive now being at Level 27) 100/70/90/90/125/70: 545 Voltanium (would 100% use this on my team) 80/75/70/125/60/135: 545

Narrora is a cool concept that gives the line a stronger form, and buffs Dewgong with being able to hold eviolite. Paired with Rest and Hydration, and Ice typing with Thick Fat, Dewgong's bulk could be outstanding.

For Dewgong to evolve instead of the aurora beam idea, you should have to get his happiness maxed out and then a rare evolution stone, it can only be found in the professors lab later in the game. Because it is a hybrid between animals, the evolution stone was designed to mix DNA strands. It literally evolves into a new species.

🐻 Oh definitely Fosternum. I mean Cubone and Marowak are literally iconic around the world. But I feel upon evolution to Fosternum it should learn a new offensive Ghost move perhaps something channeling that Ghost type energy into a move similar to Phantom Force or Shadow Sneak but specifically for Fosternum if that makes sense.

I think Simisage and Ninjask definitely deserves an evolution. Maybe something like Monsage and Ninja fly would be good names for these evolutions. I can't wait to see part #8!

Loved 2/3! Narora was imo doing too much, and it felt like it wasnt the same pokemon line as dewgong. Should have done a elephant seal imo!! Great video regardless of my opinion, and absolutely loved fosternum and the concept around it. Keep up the great work!

I feel like instead of Guardian Spirit being just the Ghost type version of Protect, it should have an added effect like if the opponent’s uses a direct contact move when Guardian Spirit is used, the opponent’s move becomes disabled for a couple turns. Kinda similar to Baneful Bunker.

for Voltanium to make the ability slightly less busted, supercharge can raise its speed stat and boost the damage of electric type moves. this could also make for different sets, physical and special depending on the stats of course. Voltanium was my favorite one, im a big fan of steel types

Instead of fosternum wearing a skull helmet themselves. Following your theory, if it’s their skull that cubone wears, then perhaps they have a skull shield and relinquish the bone club. Mother=protection.

A cool way to evolve Marowak could be to use it in a double battle alongside Kangaskhan and have Kangaskhan faint 💀

In my opinion, if Fosternum is the foster parent Pokémon, it needs a pouch(like Kangaskhan).

Fun fact Manectrics german name already is Voltenso so yeah

Cubone just needs to turn into a stegasaurs and call it a day lol.

An example of this would be Teddiursa to Ursaring to Ursaluna in gen 10 which is really good that game freak added this evolution.

Fosternum 100% pairs up with kangaskan to protect the baby in kangaskan’s pouch if the two meet in a battle. I can imagine something like the call for help mechanic in sm having a chance for a kangaskan to call fosternum

The Marrowak evolution is my favorite. It's something that should've been done from the start.

Duraludon has both a special form & evolution. So why can't Manetric?

I feel like leveling up while in Lavender Tower/any other pokemon cemetery is a decent alternative for fosternum’s evo method.

One of the last time’s you did one of these videos I asked if you could add evolution stones/methods for them to evolve. You did it in a later video and I still think it’s a really cool idea. Can you come up with more weird/funky evo ideas? I think they’re the best ones

Voltanium is amazing awesome job like always

Went for a Ground/Fighting type for Marowak. Think of Skaarl from Gears or War 2, but with Marowak like features. Uses the bone as a staff/spear, flips about with perfection, protector of cubone/Marowak. I'm going to call it Ostearch (os tee arch) for King of the Bones. Evolved by levelling up Marowak with a sacred bone item found by defeating wild Marowak (v rare) and Ostearchs (less rare) and one hidden item in an unrelated location

Fosternum by a mile. All 3 are great, don't get me wrong. This just closes the loop on one of the oldest tragedies in the series. It also perfectly sets up the cycle of the species as well finally evolving into a protector role ready to recklessly give up its life for the next generation. Only little tweak I'd personally want is its signature move to be usable as a guard for another pokemon in a team battle, or more radically as a highest priority switch IN move usable from the party. Or maybe just make its ability to be the move protect when swapped in so it won't require the battle system to be changed to accommodate. More backwards compatible too

That first Pokémon should get an ability that makes it immune to dark types(or just knock off)to prevent knock off allowing it to use thick club with almost no drawbacks.
