100 साल पहले अग्रेंजो द्वारा बनाया ग्राम लालपुरा तहसील रीठी जिला कटनी म प्र भारत में इसी तरह का आर्च डैम है जो आज भी मजबूती से खड़ा है। उमरडोली डैम के नाम से जानते हैं गूगल पर है आप के द्वारा दी गयी जानकारी बहुत ज्ञानवर्धक हैं।

I am living in USA for past 23 years. Your video & explanation are good only from an engineering point of view. The Hoover dam in reality has in fact devasted the natural fauna in the area. It has adversely affected the arrieable land around the Colorado river, that mainly affects the native American communities of the area. Next, it has affected sweet water fisheries on the Colorado river. Lost more, if you want to know. Yes, it maybe an engineering marvel, but an environmental disaster. It also reduces ground water levels in Nevada & California.
