Didn’t get that very clearly, maybe you mean that the dryer doesn’t start at all? If this is the case check your dryer door switch .

I replaced the ntc sensor. I need to reset the device

Try to link your device via Hoover application and do the reset function

Check for child locking mode, perhaps you set it by mistake, or else if nothing happens when you have shouted the door, definitely it is the door lock at fault

@@erionrista yes was this thanks. Prob set as it gets leaned on and used loads and everyone else press random buttons. The amount of times I have to remove the child lock is amazing lol.

No is no other option , just turn the knob 2 clicks clockwise and very fast touch and hold the first option in the touch controller

Its the level tamper inside the water collector jammed , or maybe the switch of the tamper itself. That is a very common fault in this types of dryers .

Hmmm 🤔 it’s a little bit difficult. If you are a handyman you can fix it yourself. The collector partition is located at the bottom side of the drum . So you have to take apart almost everything from the machine even the drum itself so you can have access to the tamper and the switcher . You can watch any videos on internet to disassemble your dryer . If you need any further instructions you can ask me

Condenser pump it’s not working. Enter the service mode and check if it indeed doesn’t work You can hear it .

As for starting Check the power filter inside the dryer , it is a little box who links the power board with the power cord . If that’s alright maybe your main board it’s fryed and you will need a new one.

From the left , keep pressed for 3 seconds, the third and the fourth buttons simultaneously. Thats it

Doesn’t work. Child lock still on. Can’t use machine. I’ve presssed all the buttons. It’s a hoover dynamic next condenser tumble dryer. I put the lock on accidentally. It’s driving me crazy!!!!!

Questo modello non ha lingua su display ! Forse perche tu hai un altro modello il h-dry 300 o il h-dry 500. Se fosse questo e il caso , devi leggere il manual. Se non riesci a farlo, potrei scrivere qui il tuo montello cosi ti potrei aiutarti .
