Damn, that is a gorgeous facility.... Clean and new production area and nice offices. If HOPE is like this, I want to see what other factories must be like.

I have used hope products since they launched, there after sales service is the best I’ve ever seen, if a product does fail which is unlikely they really care and want to know why, replacements goes without saying with these guys. There products are the top of line and they stand by it.

Currently installing a Hope 30mm bottom bracket to go with my RaceFace Next R crankset. Stoked!

hope are some of the nicest guys in cycling every time iv'e emailed or phoned they have been super helpful just the same as orange! Rider owned and British i wouldn't buy from anyone else

I've loved Hope's stuff from day 1.. never had a single failure on any of my bits..an I've got a few! :) I'm on a mission to stock my oldschool cannondale f1000 out with full hope kit..got brakes..bb..and headset..but gotta get the whole kit and caboodle

Industry 9 could take some pointers from you guys. I used Hope brakes and hubs when I use to mountainbike and never had a problem. Fair price for a superior product. Love it.

It’s nice to see how and where the parts we order are manufactured. Right now there’s a 5 to 6 wait on Hope hubs. 8 to 10 week wait for brakes. Hope doesn’t foresee any stocked parts well into 2022.

Did the factory tour there a few years back, when they were in the early stages of working with carbon. Really cool to see how they work from start to finish and the attention to detail. Not difficult to see why their kit is so good.

My Hope FR SO stem came today excellent quality and looks brilliant , well worth the 71 quid I paid.

I would have a field day, it’s an amazing business and let’s HOPE it stays UK based.

I've got the Tech 3 E4 brakes with the Hope floating rotors. Dam they are so good I could write a letter on them.
