I think this topic is needed. I have been married for 34 years and got married at the young age of 20. I did not become a Christian until I had children when I was in my 20’s. Today, I can say that I am SO grateful for my spouse and we have a beautiful marriage thanks be to God! We had MANY bumps along the way, but all along, I believe that Christ meant for us to be together until we go home to be with Him ❤ Getting married so young does not give you an opportunity to know yourself well, but we’ve learned to do that by having an individual relationship with the Lord and by understanding who we are in Him. I pray that all single people watching this believe in their hearts that God does have a plan and spouse just for them. God doesn’t make mistakes and even though it can get tough, waiting on Gis timing is always a blessing ❤

What a good coincidence that i had a similar conversation with my single friends today. I think we idolize getting married instead of looking to Jesus for what He has in mind for us during the single stage. A marriage/family is a ministry and if God hasn’t given that yet, that could be that He has other ministries for us to be more focused on. We can only find that out by spending more intimate time with God

Is one truly single after 20 years of marriage if spouse not dead ? I beleive the Bible says you are stil MARRIED
