JM didn’t complete the KIA airport? Really, Did the npp sign a new contract, did they bring a new contractors or even design anything for the has airport project? The airport was completed and started operating before JM left and every finish-up that was needed to be done was continued by the same contractor on the job. For the sake of public info, any government who initiated a project, secured FUNDS, ESPECIALLY, or started the project is entitled to the ownership of the project as much as ownership of the loan being upon that government. The fact that a new government continued the process of supervising the project just because the initiator is absent doesn’t have the title of the credit except that it was a grant to the people of Ghana. These guys think Ghanains are so stupid!
