This is the famous Cuban reel, known as the Cuban yo-yo, it is a very easy reel to make from a PVC tube, one of those used in the conduction of water in the cities, this tube is easily molded with a little heat that can be applied with a torch or on the kitchen burner, twisting the tube to bend the edges into a spool shape. The tube has a diameter of 16 centimeters and a height of 8 centimeters.
