Eris married Luke and was thebprincess guard with him. Roxy eventually found sylphy and became her master and they were an adventure team neither ever got married if I remember right.

And it's plain to see for most of the series. He honestly doesn't really start growing emotionally until Roxy cures him of his agoraphobia.
