It definitely has the best shock ammo which is the only one I use but for regular ammo I find myself using the sunshot hunter bow over death seeker since it has slightly better stats until you can fully upgrade the bow which is absolutely tedious & frustrating to salvage for, not to mention drains all your shards. By that time you're already towards the end of the game to really use it.

Do you need to upgrade it at a particular place? It's not showing up at as an option to upgrade at the workbench near the Arena

U dont need to keep using shock arrows after u apply the status effect to any machine- also most mid sized enemies only need 1 arrow to apply that effect (from this bow anyway) - after u apply the effect switch to advanced hunter arrows - they do more damage and also are alot cheaper to craft - since the shock arrows need volatile sludge to craft (only available from bigger machines) I am OBSESSED with this game- one of my all time favourites

Curious to know what the 3rd arrow option does. It seems to be kinda pointless to me cause it only does 7-10 damage a hit. Please help lol

@@WaY_b3asT I'm curious as well as I just unlocked it. But my guess is that if you shoot an enemy with the targeting arrow it will make either: your overridden or all machines in range attack the target its stuck to? I shot an enemy with it and my overridden machine instantly went to that target but I'm not sure if it was the arrow taking effect or if it was just coincidence.

My concern is what coils should I use to maximize its power. I see you put a FROST 15% in the slot, but this bow doesn't allow to use Frost. So why is that? I am just so confused.

That's a special coil, it wasn't 15%, it was an instant brittle chance coil. So with any regular arrow, there is a chance the enemy will be instantly brittle. That's why it works with this bow

Targetted hunter bows gives targets to overridden enemies. When u override a machine u can use the target ammo to assign a target then ur overriden machine will attack it.

Man those were some weak ass enemies. Get the legendary bow then go fight a Slitherfang, Thunderjaw or the crazy Bear.

@@whocaresreallywho2464 The thing looks weak AF but he doesn't have it upgraded so I'm guessing it gets better. I'm like level 34 and so far the weapons all suck ass!

@@williamallen7386 i have all the Legendary weapons now, even with just the first upgrade they waaaay more better then the others and if you take the time to farm and fully upgrade them, well lets just say even on very hard or whatever they call the hardest setting, using the Forgefell with the right coils can pretty much one shot most large machines, only one i've struggled to oneshot are apex sluaghterspine and apex fireclaws..... fireclaws being my nemesis cos everything wants it webbings and the damn things always explode on me even when i'm being careful lmao. great game though i hope your having fun

Thanks for mentioning grinding in the arena. Haven't entered yet even after opening. Level 45 and haven't completed the main story yet too. Busy upgrading the freebie legendary sun scourge, ancestors return, skykiller, and the tenakth ten blast sling. The best of the bunch is the ancestors return. 80 and 60 arena medals for death seeker and thunder warrior does not sound like fun at least for now. Concentrating on getting overlasting override from tenakth dragoon and unlocking corrupted overrides.

They draw an overdriven machine s attention and focus attacking to the one with the arrow stuck.

Wolf, my death seekers shadow doesn't overdraw, unlike the other hunter bows. I feels weaker than my vanguard hunter bow. How is yours performing?.

Where can I find 12 percent or higher impact mods

Farm Apex machines, they usually drop purple mods. Or loot all the Firegleam, Metal Flower chests in the open world, some of them have purple mods too. Impact mods are super rare. I've got 1 so far, but have like 5 purple tear mods. Also, 12% is the highest for Impact and Tear.
