Safety edge for manual chain, somebody pulled the chain during door travel... Solution is just pull the chain in both directions, lock the chain to the holder on the track and operate by motor

Hello, Do you have the same controller B445? Generally 03 is safety switch activated in the motor, it can be due to manual crank handle inserted into the motor or emergency manual chain is pulled to tight. Remove the Crank Handle from the motor or try to slightly move the door with chain. and try to operate. This Should Solve Your Problem
