Other cities has so much cleaner bottles. I think Dimapur water plants r using old thrown out can from other cities trash bin cause Nagaland has the dirtiest and oldest water can. Have stayed in cities for 7-8yrs n I have never seen a single old water can. I think Dimapur plant owners r buying all the thrown out cans.
