Lunox gets an adjustment targeted at Temporal Reign that results in a longer delay between each dark skill cast during ult because her dark skill during ult can't benefit from emblem and item CDR, Zhask doesn't get to benefit from it, and then there's Nolan, who gets to spam his skills endlessly because of the energy regen from his passive.

I was testing exp Nolan for a while. If enemy can't burst u, u can just clear lane and rotate. The problem was with his durability in lane. But with this and the adjusted WA spellvamp? The only hero he'll struggle against paq.

Temporal reign should only speed up the cooldown of skills until the last second so it's not gonna be as spammable.

I think the best solution is to make temporal reign can speed up cd down to 2 or 3 seconds only, when the cd is below 2-3 seconds it won't speed up

Does this happened to everyone? I was playing game afternoon like 3:30 in middle of the match I was glitched map stuck but minions are moving .... I restarted game but it was not worked properly.....after 5 when it opened i didn't seen that game in history and it didn't counted as match

Maybe make it work like the old fleeting time? Let's say when you use ulti, it will cut the cooldown of your other skills by 10-50% for one time (scales with level). Cooldown 30s

Im glad this is an Indirect Buff for Lolita. Wanna know why? There are some players whom still keep spamming projectiles while Lolita Shiled is activated. Just imagine Cyclops in Temporal Reign it keeps going back to him by Lolita Shield. However as a Mino main, just disappointed with this Talent not being in effect for him what sucks more is he is continuously being nerfed over the past
