At 13:05 - the separation wall intersects/touches the window making it hard to open (if it is a slider window -which it is in this case) or impossible to open (if it is an inward-opening window). I think the issue with the window may be that the new set up puts up a wall/divider in front of the window, so it's half in the new shower and half in the toilet space.

A few days ago i saw one of these house design videos where they build a pool on an apartment deck, which can then be covered to be turned into a normal deck. The funniest part of it is when they put the pool cover on to turn it into a deck, they still had child models in the pool so you just see the children be eaten by the deck.
