I love how this DLC shows how Roxy is one of the kindest Characters in the franchise: she acts brash but does care and was ready to save Cassie despite her shutting her down earlier. This dlc made us love Roxy more

What I like about Cassie is that she is nicer to the animatronics then Gregory is. Gregory saw all the animatronics,except for freddy, for dangerous monsters than want him dead(though he is justified of thinking that way), but Cassie despite being horrified of them, shows compassion and kindness to the Animatronics, helping sun be free from his corrupted counterpart Moon and Feeling sorry for Roxy Two times in the Game( one time when she talked to herself again and another time when she had to shut her down). I hope to see more of her in the future.

The reason for Security Breach and Ruin's performance is kinda interesting. The game has no loading screens, so it just loads the next area as you play. This often results the frames dipping as it load a whole new area, and unloads the one you left. I don't really know why they didn't just add loading screens, as I think most will agree the frame drops are just as, if not more immersion breaking.

It’s a combination of Security Breach, FNaF 3, and FNaF 4 because the characters look horrifying. And maybe a little FNaF 2 because of the mask mechanic, despite the mask mechanic in both games being completely different.

BTW because of all of the hate the fanbase gave for bringing back afton a 3rd time a lot of hate was sent to steelwool (new owners of FNaF), because of this the afton ending was retconned to no longer be cannon, the cannon ending is now the Free Vanny Ending where gregory saves vanny with the princess quest 3 arcade. After this point Gregory, Vanny, and Freddy do 2 things, 1, they might of made the MXES to stop the Mimic (The bunny that chases you through the entire game is called MXES and not Glitchtrap) and turn freddy into Helpi (Maybe or maybe not that part, its just a guess). Oh the mimic is the new william replacement that copies everything it sees, it kills because its programed to break endos and you look like an endo to it (Or another reason we dont know how different this character is to its book counterpart), now what happens next is either an earthquake happens and the blob tunnels out causing the sink hole or the blob tunnels out causing an earthquake causing the sink hole then the mimic calls to cassie to let him free, lastely now this goes a bit more on the theory side but in the ending the speaker makes an odd sound then gregory kills you, it is believed this is the mimic who killed you and not gregory. Sorry for long comment I just wanted you to know the general agreed lore of ruin

I've seen people say that Gregory isn't the one who dropped Cassie because of the glitchy voice lines towards the end and the two dialogue lines. But it very much seems like Gregory to me. We know that the Vanny mask is connected to the security system and that the Mimic impersonates both Gregory and Helpi(at certain points) to convince Cassie to go free it. It can't escape because of the Security Nodes and the concrete wall it's locked behind. But the Mimic still has access to the security and always knows where Cassie is and what she's doing. If the Mimic was really the one who made the elevator plummet, that would mean it waited years and possibly decades to get out only to then crash its only escape route. Not only could it have just stopped Cassie from opening the elevator, but it could've just not made it plummet to seal off the exit. It would literally be self-sabatoge. I think Gregory hacked into the system after trying to reach Cassie(since GGY confirms he is Patient 46 and 46 is a skilled hacker) but after seeing that Cassie has also deactivated the security keeping the Mimic trapped, ultimately decides not letting either of them escape is the better option. The unused voice line where Gregory lets Cassie escape also supports the fact that this is Gregory. The Mimic letting Cassie escape just doesn't make sense. If she tells anyone on the outside world about it, that's more of a chance that it will be found and dismantled or the Pizzaplex could get sealed or torn down. I know some people don't like the idea of Gregory doing this to Cassie because they were friends and that would be super tragic. But, this whole series is built on tragedy and bad or bittersweet endings. FNAF 4, Sister Location, Pizzeria Simulator, and Help Wanted all have endings where the Protagonist either loses/dies or the ending is bittersweet at best. And that's not even counting the amount of bad endings in the books. I hope Cassie is able to get a somewhat happy ending through another book or game or DLC but I also wouldn't be surprised if her ending is bittersweet. Maybe she gets another DLC where we play as her. Or maybe we get a book where she has to escape the ruins but Roxy calling out for her is actually revealed to just be the Mimic again. I'm partially joking on that last part, but seriously. The books are just filled with horrible endings for the characters that Cassie ending up in one of the books is probably the worst thing that could happen to her. Guess we'll have to wait and see.

A little explanation, the robot at the end is called “The mimic” and the “springtrap” at the end of security breach isn’t actually springtrap, it was MIMICKING springtrap, to lure vanessa, because she was curious about Springtrap. The mimic is a character in the books, all his backstory is there.

There is speculation that the end in the elevator when Gregory is talking you can hear static people are saying that he was cut off by the mimic and the mimic is the one that made Cassie fall down the elevator also cause Gregory wouldn't lead Cassie to the elevator just to drop her

Coolest moment for me was when we finally had an animatronic vs animatronic moment with Roxy vs The Mimic at the end to protect Cassie; especially with Roxy telling Cassie to run.

I have a recommendation, it’s a FNAF fan film called “Night Five” made by ExBlue. It’s one of the greatest fnaf fan films I’ve watched.

This game broke me. I honestly cried three times playing it. The first time when Seeing the poster Freddy gave Bonnie, the second with Roxy, and the third I won't mention as it's a secret part of the game. I honestly loved this DLC. I loved the characters in Security breach, and the new ones in Ruin (MXES in particular) It's really cool stuff. It showed that Steel Wool can take feedback and learn from it.

I need to point out that between Gregorys last and second to last lines there was definite interference, the one who told Cassie they couldn't be followed and destroyed the elevator is up for debate because of the mimic using his voice through the game, it would make sense if it were mimic because it's actually close enough to destroy the elevator and it wanted to kill her, now if Gregory somehow had access to the elevator the whole not wanting it free thing makes sense, but what doesn't make sense is that he isn't anywhere near the pizzaplex and all he has is Freddy's head and the faz watch, chances are he can't actually make the elevator fall due to how old it's system is, it's older than the pizzaplex, it's a construction service elevator from before they got half through the place and as Freddy said in the last game when they fought Springtrap, those elevators can only be safe to use once, otherwise it's iffy at best for anyone to return

This scene shows that she wasn't that scared and sad monster but at her core she was good and caring but scarred. From Glitchtrap, her own self-worth to even what Gregory did, it all damaged her and it is what was causing her to lash out. ok i can give you tips for the other 2 endings and in fact i believe you can do them right next to each other, thruough out the game on certain cam stations you can zoom out and there are secret cams, which open up doors (you def wanna check through said doors btw for MORE secrets) and then you go do the ending and it will be different. The other ending pulls a sister location, during one of the branching paths in the ending sequence, ignore gregory and you will eventually find a sign, when you do find the sign, throw your mask on to get the other ending, and thats it! :D

I hope "fnaf help wanted 2" will address what happened to cassie.. we might play as gregory or maybe even cassie's father (who was hinted at the start of the game to have worked in the Pizzaplex) to find and save her or maybe will even introduce another dlc or fnaf sb 2.

The Princess Quest ending is canon. It's because it MIMICS (get it?) the story of Ruin, Freddy sustains damage in the same areas, Vanessa leaves her mask, Freddy's head is missing, and it's the only ending which doesn't have a comic page. Also if you saw the prototype, it's still very much Freddy from Security Breach, the paint must have eroded over time revealing he was, in fact a prototype. Plus Fazbear is known to be doing budget cuts so they probably didn't bother to make a finished product.

Cassie is better than Gregory when it comes to emotions I agree. But Gregory is way smarter. This is proven that through the fact he is able to fix/upgrade freddy without knowledge of this before hand. Which means he is a quick learner and has good instincts. Before any one says but it say'd the instructions they based on what we know they're only said once and we saw the risk of what would happen if he messed up. Which again means even if he did it without knowledge and wasn't a guick learner, he has good memory and hearing. Which both are very useful in a the situation he was in. We can also see how smart he is because he was able to guess what would happen based on what action he took. We can tell this because if you collect more of the real-world presnts we find comics drawn by Gregory dipict all the endings except princess quest. This also could help prove that it might not have been Gregory who cut the elevator power or whatever caused the elevator to fall. I say this because his drawing the other ending means he might have been trying to pridict the best corse of action. Which mean there would be no friend with a map of the pizza plex if it were any other ending besides princess quest. Don't say freddy had one because there is no proff that freddy had one programed in him. Which means if it were Vannesa who had access to the maps. first it should have been her talking in the elevator with Gregory to Cassie. Second there is no proff at all Gregory and Vanessa had the ebilty to turn off cause the elevator to fall wherever they are. Three Gregory obviously isn't in the pizza plex which means he couldn't have made the elevator fall manualy. Four there was gliching while gregory possibly mimmic was talking meaning it could have been either of them talling. Five there's no motive we can prove this because even with the V. A. N. N. I. E mask she just like Vanessa could have been saved we saw Gregory do this with the princess quest game and it would be dumb on his part to not have a backup plan in case Vanessa became possessed again. Also another that proves the princess quest ending was the cannon ending is the sword sticking out of the game thingy for princess quest. Which means though Cassie is still my fav protag for Fnaf but I don't think Gregory sucks he might just not understand emotions as well. I think there will be another DLC here's why at the end of the credits you can hear a Roxy calling your name this could mean Cassie survive the elevator crash and that she's trying to wake us up from the impact leading up to another DLC this DLC would most likely take place in the deepest part of the Pizza Plex the goal would probably be to stop the mimic from completing his and also to find a way out of the pizza Flex I want to be surprised if we came across some new characters that we have never seen before or some returning ones I also think Roxy would be our protector and help us help Freddy did in the main game

I have been a fan of this series of games for almost 9 years, and this DLC brought me back to the time when this franchise was just being born. Many people do not like that the FNAF did not end at part 6, but for me it is a new beginning, this franchise has a huge potential, a new chapter in the history of fnaf. Of course, there were problems with security breach, but after that dls, it seems to me that the fnaf has a bright future ahead, and I advise everyone to just enjoy these games and not hate every little error as people like to do it lately, you yourself spoil your own mood. This year we still have a movie and a new game waiting for us, so let's enjoy!

If you wanna find a cool secret, deactivate every Pat Pat (the wet floor bots) in the entire game, go back to Bonnie Bowl, there shoukd be one mroe Pat Pat at the bowling area, deactivate that bot and then the board next to it will open up revealing a secret room you can enter with a big secret

The implication with the ruined Freddy missing a head and the princess quest game being obliterated like that is that the real ending for security breach is the princess quest ending where you save Vanessa. Of course there are two other endings to the dlc but I’m of the opinion that the true ending for this one is the elevator ending, I also don’t know if they’ve patched the Pat-Pat issue yet but there are a few little secrets and Easter eggs to this game too. The main one being finding glamrock Bonny

I really liked how they improved, im excited for future games and i hope they keep optimizing security breach because believe it or not, they had a ton more bugs and whatnot. So its a bit better. You're rating def would have been like a 4 for SB if you olayed earlier.
