Ok this true to an extent. Depending on how stable he is right now, he’d probably either eat it or kill it. If not those to he wouldn’t hand it over to toriel so he’d most likely bring it to paps. Paps would try to let it do his puzzles, realize it can’t do them and probably then kill it.

horror refused to eat any humans for 7 years, and only got triggered and remembered his hunger when he saw aliza burnt, like meat. judging how the baby is not burnt, i think sans will resist eating it. but he sure won't spare it.
