I think in the Ian Curtis documentary You've Used Me As a Fish For Long Enough in his The Living Dead series it mentions how the guy that trained soldiers how to torture prisoners for confessions and information learned the techniques he taught when working in the interrogation sessions during the Nuremberg tribunals.

They did once. They released Yahya Sinwar and 999 other Gazan prisoners for ONE ISRAELI SOLIDER held in Gaza. Sinwar was diagnosed with brain cancer while in prison, but his life was saved by Israeli doctors. A nephew of one of those doctors was later killed in October 7th.

If you’ve ever had your hands handcuffed, you would know the great amount of distress and discomfort that comes from a handcuff that is tied too tight. I cannot imagine the pain and suffering that someone might go through knowing the cuffs aren’t coming off.. terrifying. I mean you might even want to tear your skin off and break your thumbs to pull your hands through if not, for the fear of a worse repercussion, I just don’t understand why the US government is allowing this to happen but at the same time I know how they treated Muslims after 911 so away I am not surprised.

I was reading that some student protestors here in U.S. were denied food and water for up to 16 hour and in Dartmouth some students ended up with nerve damage from too-tight zip ties on their wrists (Dartmouth).

Shireen Abu Akleh was killed by an IDF snipper a year before this began, whilst reporting outside of the Jenin camp. No one faced any repercussions for murdering the famous American Palestinian journalist. Journalists would be terrified, but the fact that they keep going to dangerous places to get us this information is indeed astonishing and admirable.
