It is the 🙌 individual row control for HORSCH drill technology
And this is how it works:
The RowControl flaps can be controlled individually at each distributor tower outlet. If the flaps are closed, the rotor accordingly meters less seed .
This allows for various features such as 👉️ variable switching of different tramline rhythms.
Simply enter the spraying width, the track width and the tyre width in the terminal and the machine automatically closes the tramline flaps/rows for the seed at the required position. 👍️
The special feature: the air flow takes the ‘normal’ route via a bypass 👉️ no impact on the lateral distribution.
Pretty nice, isn't it?

Und so funktioniert´s:
↪ An jedem Verteilerturmabgang können die RowControl Klappen individuell angesteuert werden. Beim Schließen der Klappen dosiert der Rotor entsprechend weniger Saatgut.
Das ermöglicht verschiedene Features, wie z.B. 👉️ variables Schalten verschiedenster Fahrgassenrhythmen.
Dazu einfach die Spritzbreite, die Spurbreite und die Reifenbreite im Terminal eingeben und die Maschine macht automatisch an der erforderlichen Stelle die Fahrgassenklappen bzw. Reihen für das Saatgut zu. 👍️
Der Clou dabei: Der Luftstrom nimmt über einen Bypass den "normalen" Weg 👉️ keine Auswirkung auf Querverteilung.

As i have used your seeder with row control, i have a question. Why don't you use blockage sensors to calibrate the time it takes the seeds to travel from metering unit to the seed tower. And why don't you add some blockage sensors to coulters to calibrate the time from tower to coulter.

Hello @mariomandic9651, machines with a RowControl distribution tower cannot be equipped with a filling auger due to space restrictions. Best regards HORSCH Social Media Team

What's the row distance? For some reason the number of rows closed doesn't make sense with 12.5 centimeter distance unless it's double rows every 15 centimetres

@@HORSCHMaschinenGmbH maybe the infographics are wrong then but for the 500mm (50cm) tire width the graphics shown 5 rows being closed. Which means 5*15cm + 15cm that'll be missing that's almost 90cm for the 50cm tire width.
