This takes me back to the early 80s when Flying Nun bands dominated the New Zealand music scene. Check out as many bands as possible. You won't be disappointed.

I love Wet Leg but they're far too cheerful whereas these girls' moroseness onstage is just perfect. And they're pretty good too.

So adorable!!! And the about the comment abouy their outfit...that is maybe why they sound good...more time and money on music instead of superficial things which can be easily replaced when they earn some money later on...

Got that thing going where it feels like there's someone else off camera doing something but there isn't. The extra member thing.

You couldn't have said it better! I knew there were only 3 members in this band, but I still questioned if someone was off to the side playing another instrument. It sounds so full and round, as if there is another few members playing something else filling in the space between the 2 guitars and drum. Love Horsegirl. I ended up buying their vinyl and got a zine with it.

#Horsegirl shoegaze band from #Chicago on tour this spring, summer fall go see them live they sound good they need to go shopping with locals in every new town they tour for new clothes
