The Emperor obliterated his soul with an psychic attack but in Death and the End, he stabs Horus with an anethame blade which is certain death but doesn't obliterate the soul and the Emperor says "I forgive you and we will meet again" implying Horus' soul still exists but considering his failure, the Dark Gods will have it imprisoned in the deepest recesses of the warp, probably in unimaginable suffering. However I could be wrong about how the Anethame works so it might have destroyed his soul.

They are looking to put it on the big screen, and already looking to add gender hires to the custodes.

It really just looks to me a normal terminator armoured sized space marine to a normal space marine in this video. Anyway, this is just my personal opinion, but thanks for the reply.
