The first main thing you gotta know is that you've got to have a place to dump the waste. There are a lot of cities that will not take waste from grease traps. Grease interceptors make sure you have a place to dump the waste First. the size of the truck that you got to have depends on how many small inside grease traps you have and how many large outside grease interceptors that you plan on cleaning. We have trucks now that holds 4000 gallons, to 6000 gallons. As far as what you can charge, depends on your market in your competition, don't lowball your competition, just to get business, decide what your price is going to be, and stick with it, and do a better job cleaning than anybody else.

I also clean traps, minimum I charge is $110.00 up to 15 gallons and up to $175.00 , anything over that anywhere from $250 to $700 for a 1000 gallons, some less than $700
