We’ve got tons of name brand expensive stuff and my Hosim 9125 with dual 390 motors is by far my favorite and most reliable and most beaten RC in the collection

I got the hosim 9155 as my first rc and it's a ton of fun for a starter. I recently bought the losi lmt son uva digger and even made a nice little freestyle area in my yard. I actually just got done doing the finishing touches on it this afternoon.

Put a 3s esc in it and 3s lipo. I did that with mine and it's wild! You have to put a receiver in though. It really wakes it up. If you have a receiver with a gyro it's even more fun.

Any settings in the esc that might fix that drag brake? Seems to be a pretty good rig other than that.

I use Hosim shocks on my TRX4. The 108mm. And theyre better than 99% of shocks ive used. And dont leak.

It was in the throttle. Acts like it’s trying to throttle match but only free at 100% neutral
