"We are marching to Jerusalem, we have started a four-day journey. We want all of Israel to come out with us to put pressure, to remind Netanyahu that right now this is the most important issue, and he needs to sign a deal, to bring them back, and stop this terrible war."
The families and supporters of Israeli hostages held by Hamas in the Gaza Strip since October 7 set out on a protest march from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem, calling on the Israeli government to negotiate a deal to release their loved ones.

Isreal gained independence through an offer of land from the UN ,and so did Arab Palestinians , sadly the Jew hating Arab leaders let them down by refusing. Arabs sold land ,thinking the Jews were stupid because it was desert and swamp , only 1% of the land was owned . Arab Palestinians leaders who started the Arab Uprising in 1932 thought they could drive them out with attacks. But there is a 3000 year history here and Jerusalem, is where Jews consider their holiest site , much like the reverence people give Muslims as they turn to mecca to pray ( turning their backs to Al Asqa Shrine ) we should start to give the Jews the same respect. Unfortunately as war rages in Yemen, Sundan , Nigeria, Lebanon all perpetuated by Islamic Fundamentists Jihadist, Jews , just want to get on with living and yet ,while Muslims murder Christians all over the world and strave millions, Isreal is the focus of hatred . Unbelievable!

The only problem is PLO and all the other Islamic Fundamentists have used Arab Palestinians for their own controversial power grabs of other countries that also gained independence after WW1 and WW2. .Its not working , successive countries have booted Palestinians out , Jordan , Lebanon and Quwait all regretted allowing Arab Palestinians refuge. What is more shocking is most people I talk too don't understand the Isreal Left politicians such as Rabin, made so many considerable concessions for peace including removal by IDF of illegal settlers from Gaza . PLO brainwashed Palestinians just don't want peace. And so you have it two far right leaders Sinwar and Netanyahu. BTW several Middle East countries warned Rabin , that they were going see the rise of terrorism if they left Gaza and have been warning the West that they do not understand Arabs and the way they think about the West . The really bizarre facts are PLO leader Arafat achived nothing !

I mean there were mass protests across the country before October 7th, but they weren’t protesting for the Palestinians (although the Judicial Reform that they were protesting was being done to enable the government to have less restrictions in expanding the occupation of the West Bank, that wasn’t the reason most of the Israeli public was protesting it, although it was for some)

As a former IDF soldier, I wish the best for Palestinians and Israelis and for a 2 state solution with Israel removing west bank settlements. I also hope the war criminals be held accountable.
