I would love to have his body now, let alone 45. That's not just the result of exercise but strict diet and my diet is all over the place. It's so hard to financially. A healthy well balanced diet, turns out is actually expensive.

But for him he started working out seriously not for aesthetic but for health. Dont know why people always criticizing his work out routines. If he is happy on what he was doing and not hurting other people, then who are them to judge him.
