@@endgame0094 Its a vicious cycle. Pain > Refuse to exercise because of pain > Muscle got weak due to lack of exercise > Weak muscle not able to support body weight which causes pain. He needs to break the cycle.

Actually KJK also had problem with his leg because of accident when he was kid. Thats why he said Heechul's leg is the same with his leg. That accident left KJK's leg different in length and its differences caused his back disc problem which keep haunt him till now. Just by keep training it they'll can overcome their problem.

in fact, many people overlook how important exercise is in general. I suffer from piriformis syndrome on both leg since 2016(anyone suffer with piriformis/sciatica pain knows how fucking awful it is). The pain gets worse every year so I said I had enough and started power lifting. The first couple months is absolutely hell. Whenever after I exercise, I have to endure days or even weeks of pain. But somehow I pushed it though. Now 10 months later, 90% of the pain is gone. Absolutely worth it.

I don't believe he's maintaining an image. He has to work out and keep himself in very good condition because he has a type of scoliosis (problems related to the spine curving/not being straight or something). I'm not sure how severe it is, but he 100% would not be able to function properly if he didn't maintain this body. Also, as you can see from many clips like these, he has grown to really love exercising. It's one of his greatest passions. He really really enjoys it. So he pushes himself to maintain this body out of necessity and love/enjoyment, not for an image

He works out because he is one of those workout-holics. He admitted it but he started this due to his back problem. To alleviate the pain, he works out by making his body hurt to forget the pain he suffers due to his back.

His life background a little bit familiar with Yusuke from Yu Yu Hakusho *i think Yusuke character suit him the most* .. He seem like Genius Taurus Silver like Tatsuya in Mahouka Koukou no Reittousei.. Intuitive & sharp like Conan/Shinichi.. Charming like Ryoma Echizen, Cool like Light Yagami from Death Note.. Thoughtful teacher like Kakashi in Naruto.. Competitive like Yukihira Souma from Shokugeki no Souma...There are many MC/important character of anime suit him.. He's like a true main character in real life.. he suit harem genre as well 😆😆😆
