Hotteok
It was kinda chili that day so I decided to make some hotteok.
Hotteok is a pretty popular street food in S.Korea and it' usually eaten during the winter season.
It sounds kinda like 'Hot Duck' but it's just a type of sweet pancake ahaha
Usually I make this with a 'Hotteok mix' but I couldn't go to a Korean grocery because of lockdown (Aus).
It's much more convenient to use the hotteok mix but in case you can't find one, use this recipe :)
Ingredients:
AUS Cup measurements: 1 Cup =250mL
Flour: x1 Cup, Water: x0.5 Cup, Peanut: x?, Vegetable Oil: x1 Tbsp + ?, Sugar: x2 tsp, Dark Brown Sugar: x4-5 Tbsp, Salt: x0.5 tsp, Dry Yeast: x 1tsp
#Hotteok #호떡
